Those Fabulous Confabs
As anyone who has joined a club knows, it's fun to meet people with different ideas with similar interests. A new angle on your project was the real impetus to "Diversity" but it was dumbed down by egalitarianism. We're not all equal; why not just let those among us who have brilliant ideas shine without worrying about leaving anyone out? Give them their due respect!
